Effingham Manor, an historic home and National Historic District, dates to 1767. Included in the district are a blacksmith shop, smokehouse, and former slave quarters. A tiered English Garden is a highlight frequently used as a wedding backdrop. The new Event Center welcomes up to 150 guests.
